Meet Olivia

I work with women in law who are exceptional at everything — and fully present for almost none of it.

There is no margin, and there is no one to tell the full truth to. I am that person.

How I Got Here

I left a demanding nonprofit career because I looked up one day and realized I was building a résumé, not a life. The work mattered. I was great at it. I was solidly rewarded for it. And I was running myself into the ground, but saw no acceptable way out.

In 2020 I began scaffolding my next move. In 2021, I left. I spent the years since figuring out what it actually looks like to build something successful and sustainable — and helping other people do the same.

I am not a former attorney. What I am is someone who has listened closely enough, and long enough, to understand the specific weight of this world. The billing targets. The business development ask that feels like a personal rejection. The mental load that runs on your executive function even on the days you’re technically off. The loneliness of performing fine when you are not fine.

I know the patterns. I know where to look. And I work fast — because I know you don’t have time for anything else.

What this looks like

I have an unusual ability to read a situation quickly — to see what’s underneath the surface symptoms, identify the pattern, and name what’s actually in the way before you’ve finished describing it.

This is a diagnostic capacity I’ve developed over years of working with high-achieving women across industries — and it is the reason clients describe the work as the most efficient, specific, effective, and honest engagement they’ve ever had.

I also work at a deeper level — the level where what you believe, how your body is holding all of this, and the way your nervous system has been running the show are either accelerating your decisions or quietly undermining them.

I am direct. I am warm. I do not do cheerleading.

I do results.

Why Women in Law

The stakes are high, the visibility is high, and the vulnerability is structurally impossible — which means a group of extraordinarily capable women are quietly running on empty behind a performance of fine that even their closest colleagues can’t see through.

I also work with this audience because I am smart, I move fast, and I like to work with women who do the same. This is an audience that thrives in those waters. So do I.

You have built something real.

You deserve support that matches the level of what you’ve built.

A few things about me.

Many of my closest friends are attorneys. I have watched what this career does to the women who choose it — and I have watched what happens when they get the right support. The pace of that shift is remarkable every time.

I’m based in the Washington, D.C., suburbs. My husband is a professor and a sci-fi / fantasy writer. We have two knock-your-socks-off daughters, both named after plants. I have built a full, rich life that I am present for, that I savor.

I know the same is possible for you.

Before becoming a coach, I worked in nonprofits focused on public health, education, and the arts. I grew up in Bridgeport, CT, studied abroad in Rome, worked for a blip in Florence and on and off for a few years in Seoul. I hold a magna cum laude degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
